Fees and Policies

Fees:

Counselling (60 minute session in-person or virtual) $180.00

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (90 minute session) $220.00

Payment by debit (in office only), credit or electronic funds transfer. Direct billing is available to Medavie Blue Cross (Veterans Affairs Canada)

Receipts are provided for benefits submission. Please confirm coverage with your benefits provider.

Sliding scale fees are available.  Please call (403)510-2295 to discuss.

Cancellation policy: 24 hour cancellation or reschedule notice is required.  Short notice cancellations are subject to a $60 fee.

Confidentiality: Confidentiality is an important part of a therapeutic relationship.  Your information will not be shared with another person without your written consent.  Limits to confidentiality (legal requirement) occur: when there is imminent risk of harm to yourself or others; if you disclose a child or vulnerable person is at risk of harm; or I am subpoenaed by the court.
